How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed in under an hour, depending on the device and the complexity of the fault. If we need to order parts or the repair is more complex, we’ll confirm the expected turnaround time before we start.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes! We offer a 12-month warranty on repairs and a 3-month warranty on batteries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cash, direct deposit, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
You’re welcome to contact us first for the fastest service, but walk-ins are welcome. If you have a specific device model or urgent repair, calling ahead helps us confirm parts and timing.
What if my phone has water damage?
If your phone has had contact with water, bring it in as soon as possible. Water damage can worsen over time, so early assessment improves the chances of a successful outcome. We’ll inspect the device and explain your options.

How can I request a quote?
Call or message us and we’ll provide a quote for your repair needs in Port Macquarie. For the fastest quote, include your device model and what’s wrong (screen, battery, charging issue, etc.).
Do you offer same-day repairs?
Many repairs can be completed same-day, many in less than 90 minutes, especially common iPhone repairs. For other devices or less common models, we may need to order parts- we’ll confirm the expected turnaround time before we begin.
Do you do data transfers and backups?
Yes- we can help with data transfers, backups, and setup, depending on the device and its condition. If a phone isn’t working, we’ll let you know what’s possible after assessment.
